Energy Costs

We believe that Energy Costs should include their full life-cycle cost (from extraction to disposal). We believe that this will show that:

• Cost of traditional energy is going UP (Georgia Power Plant Vogtle, etc.)
• Cost of Renewable energy is going DOWN (solar, wind, batteries, etc.)
• Cost of renewable energy is equal to or lower than that for fossil fuels and nuclear power NOW, so cost is no longer an issue.
• Some major factors beside costs are: fuel availability, safety, security, and reliability.
